Crystalline Fructose, CAS number 57-48-7,  used as food sweetener. Crystalline Fructose accepted as safe food sweetener in many food products. Crystalline Fructose is a processed sweetener manufactured through hydrolysis and enzymatic convention of corn starch, available as White crystal.

General Side Effects

Over consumption of fructose has been linked to hyperlipidemia, fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, coronary arterial disease and obesity.

Suggested Dosage
