Edible Casein, CAS number 9000-71-9, E number E469, used as nutritional supplements.  Casein accepted as safe food nutritional supplement in many food products. Casein is a family of related phosphoproteins (αS1, αS2, β, κ) manufactured through extraction from milk, available as Creamy Powder.
