EthylParaben Side Effects

 

EthylParaben, CAS number 120-47-8, E number E214, used as food antioxidants. EthylParaben accepted as safe food antioxidant in many food products. EthylParaben is a member of the paraben family manufactured through chemical synthesis, available as Colorless crystals or white crystalline powder.

General Side Effects

There is concern that development of breast tumor has some connection with ingustion of highly concentrated ethylparaben in animal testing.

Suggested Dosage

Ingestion of EthylParaben in large quantity may hurt our health, please follow the guideline of using EthylParaben: ADI 0-10 mg/kg bw

Special Groups Precaution

Special groups refer to newborns, children, pregnant and any other applicable vulnerable groups.
There is no evidence that EthylParaben could have any negative effects on these vulnerable groups. It should be safe to use EthylParaben in food for newborns and pregnant. However, we still recommend consumers to consult professionals before using large quantity of EthylParaben for long period in food for newborns or pregnant.
