Natamycin Side Effects

Natamycin, CAS number 7681-93-8, E number E235, used as food preservative and accepted as safe food preservative in many food products. Natamycin is a naturally occurring antifungal agent manufactured through fermentation using bacterium Streptomyces natalensis, available as Off-white crystalline powder.

Special groups refer to newborns, children, pregnant and any other applicable vulnerable groups.
